I'm a total novice at home buying and don't know what to look for and would miss a lot, so it's great you took the time to explain everything to me. 2. You provided a pre-inspection agreement and inspection report I can read, in a different format, without pictures. So you accommodate my disability. 3. Your total reliability and punctuality impressed me greatly because many companies are not so. Also you were most professional on the phone.
